Protect Your Business from OSHA

by Lidia LoPinto, MChE

A single fine could cost you over $100,000 and
maybe even your business.  Be prepared!

Just Released - Second edition.

Our new edition of our OSHA text, revised and expanded for 2007.

OSHA publishes citations every single month.  They fine businesses nearly 1 billion dollars and in 2003 their enforcement was stepped up so they have more power than with prior administrations.

All businesses are potential targets, including construction, food establishments, small manufacturers, service establishments, and many more.

Our book compiles all of the most important regulations into an easy to read book with no legalese.  Analysis of the OSHA regulatory system prepares you in the event you are audited.

A great reference.

We help you cope with valuable information:

  • How to get free help from the government to prepare for OSHA compliance

  • How to look for scientific inconsistencies in OSHA's own regulations and demand proper testing and challenge the fine.

  • What is the single most important thing an inspector will want that most people don't have, even if they are in compliance.

  • How to save over $100,000 in fines by setting a very simple program

  • What are the most important programs needed for your operation.

  • We now offer two versions of the book, hard cover with jacket, and the instant download version.
